Organist Opening!!

United Church of Christ, First Congregational in Norwich, NY is seeking an organist/accompanist to join a vibrant music program, to play for Sunday services and rehearsals.



The church features a 3-manual pipe organ, originally built in 1884 by Johnson & Son of Westfield MA. It was reconstructed in 1952 by the Estey Organ Co. and rebuilt in 1985 by Kerner & Merchant Pipe Organ Company. In 1994, the organ was renovated and updated by the Wicks Organ Company.

An added feature in our sanctuary is the Kawai 6-foot grand piano; it's an instrument with a capacity for the full range of musical expression, with very easy action.



Salary for this position is $10,000/yr. with negotiable benefits package for qualified applicant.
